1. If you wish to cancel your order once it has been shipped or dispatched you will be required to ship the items back unopened and we will refund full cost less 30% cancellation fees and shipping costs.
2. Parcels returned to us as unclaimed, refused or return to sender will be cancelled. A 30% cancellation fee will apply and shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refunds are issued only to the credit card used at the time of purchase, and in no other way.
We will exchange for a different size or colour however all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. You will be required to ship the products back in the condition they were sent, unworn and undamaged with original labels on.
Should the products be received damaged, worn or not in the condition sent, as mentioned, exchange will be refused and a 30% cancellation fee will apply less shipping cost. We strongly advise to use a traceable method of shipment as we will not be responsible for claims of items lost or damaged in transit, and your exchange will regrettably be denied.
