Australian Customers:

Free Delivery on ALL ORDERS.

All items will be sent by eParcel. Each Post eParcel consignment carries a barcode, which is scanned during the delivery process, enabling customers to check the delivery status on-line. Your parcel will be delivered by Australia's parcel post service during normal business hours. Upon delivery the goods must be signed for, if there is no one at the location at the time of delivery the parcel will be taken to your local post office for you to collect and a card will be left advising you of this. We are not responsible for any item once it has been posted.

Shipping times will vary, however, most domestic (Australia) orders take 5 business days transit time. Transit time refers to the time it takes for a carrier to deliver a package from our office to your location. You will receive an e-mail notification when your order is shipped. Your order will usually be despatched within 24 hours. The total time required to receive your order will be based on the processing time plus the transit time. Please note that from time to time a product may go on backorder, which may delay the processing of your order by several days or weeks.

International Customers :

We ship by Registered Air Mail.

Once payment is processed, orders will be dispatched by air freight within 24 hours to country of destination.

From there, they will be carried on by the local postal service to your home address and a signature is required for delivery.

Delivery times:

5-6 postal working days for capital cities.
7-10 postal working days for other destinations.
10-14 postal working days for more inaccessible destinations.

For orders outside Australia, shipping cost is $30 for the first item and $15 for each following item for the orders less then $120.

Signature is required on delivery

Tracking is generally available at least two days after shipment (tracking website is http://ice.auspost.com.au/ )

All parcels are insured for loss or damage

NB: We suggest having parcels sent to your workplace if you are not able to sign for delivery at home.

Taxes and Duties:

We currently regularly ship to customers in over 200 countries worldwide.
The majority of countries, particularly United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, U.S.A., Canada, Japan, Korea and Turkey do not charge customs duty on small packages dispatched by air post.
